Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Customer Success to
manage Customer Success operations and ensure customer satisfaction
and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day management of Customer Success operations,
including staffing and training
Develop and implement customer retention strategies and action
plans
Directly manage key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and
growth
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Social Work, or a related field
2-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience
3-5 years of experience in account or program management with
high-profile customers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook,
and PowerPoint
