Job Description SummaryThe Executive Director will have the
responsibility for and authority to manage all aspects of the
SRALAB at the Partnership location including the management
direction of all management staff, rehabilitation nursing staff and
allied health staff assigned to the PMR Program, in partnership
with the Medical Director. The Executive Director will be an
employee of SRALAB and function with the Medical Director as a
self-managed team. The Executive Director will report directly to
the Vice President of the Strategic Alliances, and will have
accountability to certain other administrative/executive
representatives of SRALAB. In addition, the Executive Director will
be accountable to the Oversight/Governing Committee of the SRALAB
Partnership.The Executive Director will work collaboratively with
appropriate members of the management teams of each Partnership and
SRALAB affiliate to assure that the services of the Program are
coordinated and integrated with other affiliate
services.Consistently demonstrates support of the SRALAB statement
of Mission and Philosophy by striving for excellence, contributing
to the team efforts and showing respect and compassion for patients
and their families, fellow employees, and all others with whom
there is contact at or in the interest of the
institute.Demonstrates SRALAB Core Attributes: Communication,
