OverviewM Health Fairview Primary Care has an opening for a RN
Clinical Supervisor to support the M Health Fairview Fridley,
Blaine, and New Brighton Clinic locations. Join M Health Fairview,
the largest healthcare system in the state! This is a Monday -
Friday day shift opening, no evenings or weekends - great work/life
balance!This role will support 20+ direct reports on the RN Team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join close-knit, high
functioning team that collaborates, shares, and supports each

practice guidelines. Our grouping focuses on leader self-care and
work life balance. We have a cadence of leadership meetings at both
clinic level as well as group level to keep us connected and
informed.This is a 1.0 FTE (80 hours per two week pay period),

DescriptionManage day to day operations of operating a clinic in
the following ways:
- Leadership of clinic staff and actively supports the
recruitment, orientation, and promotes the engagement of all clinic
staff
- Ensures effective and timely communication of relevant
information as appropriate
- Provides guidance to ensure performance management aspects such
as mentoring, coaching, individual development etc. are in place
and holds staff accountable to expectations
- Fosters an environment in which the team holds each other
accountable
- Works collaboratively with leadership and other partners to
ensure efficient and safe operations of the site(s)
- Anticipates and responds to physician/provider staffing needs
and assures that support staff are appropriately scheduled to
ensure efficiency, access and patient demand
- Performs appropriate due diligence to resolve patient and staff
concerns
- Promotes, supports and participates in process improvement,
quality initiatives, and innovationSustain and mentor staff around
quality and continuous improvement within service line.
- Facilitate a site based approach to continuous improvement that
links with service line strategy.
- Communicates quality data and to seeks out opportunities to
improve patient care & ensures understanding of the data and its
importance.
- Helps build a culture of continuous improvement through
mentoring front line staff.Develops and maintains a balanced,
supportive work environment, demonstrating behaviors consistent
with MHealth Fairview commitments
- Continuously builds customer understanding by listening to
customers.
- Continuously implements strategies to improve customer
satisfaction.
- Build credibility with medical staff as a champion for patient
care and qualityQualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in
Nursing1-2 years of proven leadership experienceMinnesota RN
licensePreferredAdditional education in healthcare, business or
related field3-5 years of previous supervisory/management
experienceOther Skills We Desire:
- Excellent customer service, public relations and communication
skills
- Ability to prioritize and work with a fluctuation in workload
while working independently
- Ability to adapt to change and engage in ongoing process
improvement
