Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contact Center Navigator (RN) to
provide care coordination and health education through telephonic
and electronic communication.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct initial health assessments and triage members to clinical
specialists
Facilitate enrollment in services through outbound and inbound
member contact
Complete accurate documentation of member interactions in the
health record
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in nursing, behavioral science, or a related
field
Active RN licensure preferred
Two years of experience in counseling, clinical assessment, or care
coordination
Bilingual in Spanish is a bonus
Knowledge of workplace benefits and insurance reimbursement
