**Job Description:**
**Responsibilities:**

• 
  
• Set up and clean equipment, including ovens, depositors, pumps, and other machinery, to ensure on-time start-ups.
  
• Perform quality checks on products, recording information and making adjustments as needed to meet customer and company specifications.
  
• Pick up eggs on the floor and maintain a clean environment to control bacterial threats and safety hazards.
  
• Dispose of inedible eggs in accordance with USDA and company guidelines.
  
• Monitor spiral freezer operations and perform necessary sanitation duties to maintain product quality and safety.
  
• Start CIP process, test chemical concentration, and monitor system cleanliness.
  
• Dismantle equipment, pre-rinse, scrub, and inspect parts for cleanliness.
  
• Collect and empty trash to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  
• Adhere to safe work practices, follow GMPs, and maintain sanitary conditions to ensure product quality and safety.
  
• Report any conditions or practices that may adversely affect food safety, food quality, or personnel safety.
  
  **Qualifications:**
  
  • 
    
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    
  • One to three months of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    
    **Preferred Qualifications:**
    
    • 
      
    • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
      
    • Ability to write simple correspondence.
      
    • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
      
    • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
      
    • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
      
    • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in oral form.
