Job Description:

AppleOne is currently hiring a Branch Manager to oversee one of three branches in the Minneapolis area. AppleOne is a privately held billion dollar global organization with 50 years of proven experience. Our company specializes in placing Sales, Administrative and Customer Service professionals in direct hire, contract-to-hire and contract roles. This opportunity offers a competitive base salary, lucrative commission based on branch sales as well as a & quarterly bonuses based on profitability. Duties:

-Oversee total branch operations and a team of Business Development Reps & Recruiters

-Recruit, hire and train team members

-Hold weekly 1x1's with individual staff members to track success and challenges

-Lead by example in developing new business and personally recruiting candidates to submit to open orders

-Manage monthly forecasting budgets and P&L statements

-Motivate internal employees through monthly & quarterly contests

Requirements:

-2+ years staffing industry experience

-Exposure to both sales & recruiting

-Strong leadership and presentation skills
