Job Description:

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure proper location maintenance, equipment standardization, and overall Mechanical Operational Excellence.

We have openings for Day & Night Maintenance Technicians. Maintenance Technicians work closely with the Maintenance Director, Maintenance Crew Members, Area Directors, and General Managers to organize and complete assigned locations maintenance, as well as supervise equipment standardization.

Maintenance Crew Members take ownership of their assigned locations, ensuring Mechanical Operational Excellence. They report directly to an Area Director and receive guidance, support, and direction from the Maintenance Director.

Key responsibilities include:

• Displaying company values and executing the Crew Purpose
  
• Creating a Safety Conscious Culture and Providing a Safe Work Environment
  
• Maintaining Mechanical Operational Excellence at assigned locations
  
• Facilitating Standardization Implementation and Compliance
  
• Conducting Management Maintenance Training
