Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Support Technician V (US
Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Provide remote technical support to customers
Ensure customer satisfaction through proper support and service
delivery
Collaborate with other technicians and internal teams to
troubleshoot and resolve issues
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years of customer service/support experience
1+ years of coding/computer programming experience
Experience with Flex software strongly recommended
Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by
government customer
